The Great Size of God's Creation
We know how generous God is with the beauty of His creation. This talk will boggle your mind with the vastness of the universe using scientific understanding and the latest astronomical discoveries to bring a new perspective on God's amazing creation.
2
Our Timeless God and the Age of the Universe
According to Genesis, the oldest man in the Bible, Methuselah, lived for 969 years. Astronomers named a star Methuselah, considered to be the oldest star ever discovered - over 13 billion years old. Both give different perspectives on the age of the universe. How do we Christians process the vastness of time in the light of our timeless God - the Alpha and Omega?
3
Biblical Events and Astronomy
Ezekiel saw fire in the sky, the sun stood still for Joshua and the Magi followed a star to Bethlehem at Christmas. Are these and other Biblical events outdated, exaggerated myths or can modern science help us believe these phenomena really happened and strengthen our faith?
4
Biblical Signs and End Times
Seeing signs in the stars is a common theme throughout history, in the Bible and even today. The Bible rightly warns against looking to the stars for signs of the day of the Lord's coming, but there are answers in both the Bible and in modern cosmology about the end of everything.
5
God of Science
God created the universe, time and space, morality and consciousness, science and maths. Modern cosmology is not incompatible with a creator God, rather both science and the Bible converge the closer we get to the moment of creation.
